Those purchasing physical season-ticket cards (see below) will have this fee removed and will instead have to pay a £5 postage cost.

Q. How do I know if I am classed as an Adult, Young Person, Youth, Senior or Junior?

A. Supporters will fit into the following categories, based on their age on MONDAY 1 AUGUST 2023:

Adult - 24-64

Senior - 65 and above

Youth - 12-16

Junior - 11 and under

Q. Am I still able to pay for my season ticket via direct debit?

A. Yes. The club’s direct-debit scheme will be running once again for 2023/24 season tickets. Payment will be split equally over the course of 10 months, as opposed to 12 months in previous years, and can also be tracked via your online ticketing account, by using the ‘My Direct Debit’ function. Paying via direct debit is only available until 11.59PM ON SUNDAY APRIL 23. To view full direct debit FAQs, please CLICK HERE.

Q. Can I purchase a suite upgrade for the season?

A. Yes. Suite upgrades in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite and the Bantams Bar at the University of Bradford Stadium are once again available to purchase. They are available at the increased rate of an extra £180 (Adult), £160 (Senior and Young Person) or £60 (Youth and Junior) per person (extra £18, £16 or £6 per month respectively on direct debit). This can be secured either via our official ticketing website, or when purchasing from the Valley Parade Ticket Office.

Q. Will I receive a physical season-ticket card for the 2023/24 campaign?

A. As per the 2022/23 season, Adults, Seniors and Young People will be presented with a digital ‘e’-season ticket ONLY for the 2023/24 campaign. This will be available to access through the official Bradford City AFC App, which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on whether you use an Apple iPhone/device or an Android (non-Apple) device. Once you have signed in with your membership details, your QR code will allow you to scan through the turnstiles at the University of Bradford Stadium for home matches.

If you purchased a physical season card for the 2022/23 season and renew your ticket for the 2023/24 season, you will be able to use the same card for entry into the University of Bradford Stadium, and DO NOT need to purchase a new card for £5 when renewing your ticket.

Youths and Juniors who are new purchasers for the 2023/24 season will automatically receive a physical season-ticket card in line with previous seasons, free of charge, but with a £5 per transaction delivery fee added (see below), as club rules state these supporters can only attend matches with a paying Adult.

PLEASE NOTE: Your 2023/24 season ticket will not be loaded onto your Bradford City AFC App until the 2022/23 season has finished.

Q. I am an Adult, Senior or Young Person but am unable to use the Bradford City AFC App and do not have capacity to use a digital e-ticket. Can I still receive a physical season-ticket card?

A. Yes. Physical season-ticket cards can be purchased for £5 on top of the cost of your season ticket, and delivered out to holders. Please note that each transaction online when purchasing physical season-ticket cards incurs a £5 delivery fee. For example, supporters purchasing two physical season-ticket cards will be charged an extra £15 on top of the cost of their season tickets and £1.50 Web Sales fee for the transaction (£5 for each physical card, and £5 signed for delivery fee for the transaction, and NOT for each card).

As stated above, Youths and Juniors who are new purchasers for the 2023/24 season will receive a physical season-ticket card free of charge, though those who received a card last season will be able to use this again, and will not be supplied with another. These cards will still, however, incur a £5 delivery fee per transaction, unless the paying Adult is renewing a season ticket, having paid £5 for a physical card in the 2022/23 season, which can be reused.

For example, an Adult who purchases a physical season-ticket card along with two Junior season tickets, will be charged a total of £269.50 (£198 for the Adult season ticket, £1.50 Web Sales fee, £5 for the physical card, £30 each for the Junior season tickets (which will be physical season-ticket cards automatically) and £5 for delivery.

An Adult who purchases a season ticket without the physical card, along with two Junior season tickets will be charged £264.50 (£198 Adult season ticket, £1.50 Web Sales fee, £30 each for Junior season ticket which will automatically be a physical card, and therefore £5 for delivery to cover the transaction and ensure the physical cards are posted out).

If you purchased a physical season card for the 2022/23 season and renew your ticket for the 2023/24 season, you will be able to use the same card for entry into the University of Bradford Stadium, and DO NOT need to purchase a new card for £5 when renewing your ticket.

Q. I am purchasing my season ticket online but the ticketing website will not let me buy tickets for my friends and family, as well as my own. How do I do this?

A. To purchase tickets for others at the same time as yourself, add your own season ticket and then select the ‘Friends and Family’ function on our official ticketing website. Once here, manually add the membership number of each supporter you would like to buy a ticket for. The system will automatically detect their ages and charge accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Each supporter you wish to purchase for MUST have an account created on our official ticketing website in order for them to have a membership number which can be added through the ‘friends and family’ function.

Q. Am I able to swap the seat I sit in with my season ticket?

A. Yes. Supporters who are renewing season tickets will have their 2022/23 seats reserved until 12.00AM ON MONDAY APRIL 17. During this time, they will still be able to swap to any vacant seat which was not occupied during 2022/23. After this date, all supporters can swap seats to any vacant seat which has not been renewed until 11.59PM ON SUNDAY APRIL 23. Once you have chosen your seat, this will be assigned to you for the duration of the campaign.

Q. What if I want to swap my seat outside of this complimentary seat-swap period?

A. Providing the seat is available, you will be allowed to swap their seats with a £20 administration fee being charged. You must return any physical season tickets and will be provided free of charge with a new one. Your app and online account will then be updated to reflect this change.

Q. Sometimes, I wish to change stands mid-season to sit with family or friends. Can I still do this?

A. In previous years, we have allowed unlimited matchday transfers, providing this is done in advanced of a matchday, free of charge. Due to the high demand of this service, you will now be limited to five ‘one-off transfers’ over the duration of the season.

Q. Will I be able to secure my season ticket on matchday?

A. On Saturday March 4, when the Bantams welcome Colchester United to the University of Bradford Stadium, the Burlington Street Box Office will be open from 9.00am, handling season ticket queries and purchases until 1.00pm, at which point it will become solely focused on enquiries for Colchester match tickets. The Valley Parade Ticket Office inside the Bradford City Store will be open for a short period after full-time to enable supporters to purchase their season ticket in person from there.

Q. Is there a dedicated family section again this season?

A. Yes, supporters looking for a more family-orientated atmosphere are advised to secure or renew their season ticket in The JCT600 Family Stand.

Q. Will I still receive loyalty points for purchasing my season ticket?

A. Yes. When purchasing a season ticket, you will receive 200 loyalty points. These will be applied from July 1 and not from the point of purchase, in order to prevent impacting the club’s remaining 2022/23 away fixtures. To view the club’s full loyalty scheme, please CLICK HERE.

Q. I am disabled and am unable to secure my season ticket online or from the University of Bradford Stadium. How can I purchase my season ticket?

A. Disabled supporters who may require assistance are able to secure their season ticket by calling the Valley Parade Ticket Office, on 01274 770012. Please be advised that the Valley Parade Ticket Office is fully accessible, with a wheelchair ramp to access the Bradford City Store.

Q. I am a 25 Year season ticket holder. How will I be affected?

A. ‘25 Yearers’ will pay £180 for their season ticket, and be entitled to a free suite upgrade, as per previous years, in The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite or the Bantams Bar. Due to capacity limitations in bars, your complimentary bar pass will require your seat to be in that area. For instance, if you sit in The Kop, and usually have a Bantams Bar pass, to allow you access, your seat must be located within the Bantams Bar seating area. If you sit outside of this area, you can transfer your bar pass to The McCall Suite or The Hendrie Suite.

Q. I didn’t renew my 25 Year season ticket last year. Can I renew it this year?

A. No. You must have had a continuous renewal of your season ticket from season to season.
