‘TAKE ME HOME’ 2021/22 SEASON TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN BE SEEN HERE.

PLEASE NOTE: At the point of purchasing ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season tickets, supporters MUST confirm they abide by the spectators' code of conduct, ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket terms and conditions and any social-distancing guidelines.

Q. Can I pay for my ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket in monthly instalments?

A. Yes. There is a direct debit option available this season, for supporters who wish to pay for their season ticket through monthly instalments over the course of 12 months. Supporters will not be charged extra for choosing to pay for their season ticket in this way, meaning direct debit season tickets - over the course of 12 months - cost £16.50 (Adult), £14.50 (Senior and Young Person), £10.50 (Youth) and £2.50 (Junior).

Q. How do I pay for my season ticket via direct debit?

A. When purchasing your season ticket online, select the ‘direct debit’ payment option and follow the on-screen instructions. Refer to the video below for a walkthrough. Alternatively, phone 01274 770012 or visit the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium to pay for your ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket via direct debit.

Q. What happens if I do not pay my direct debit?

A. Should you fail to pay your direct debit, your season ticket will be suspended, your ticketing account will be placed in arrears and you will not be able to purchase a match or season ticket in future until your account is brought up to date with the outstanding payment(s). Your season ticket will also be stopped at the turnstiles of the Utilita Energy Stadium, and you will be denied access. Should your account not be brought up to date with payment(s) prior to the respective season ending, your seat will be released on general sale the following season. PLEASE NOTE: Where a balance is left outstanding, Bradford City AFC will persue collection methods to ensure the balance is repaid in full.

Q. Are there any additional costs attached to paying for my ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket via direct debit?

A. No. There is an equal breakdown of payment when purchasing via direct debit. For example, an Adult, who will pay £198 if not using the direct debit option, will still only pay a monthly figure of £16.50 per calendar month over 12 months if choosing the direct debit option, which is equal to an annual sum of £198.

Q. Who can apply to pay for their season ticket through direct debit?

A. Anyone aged 18 or over with a UK bank account can pay for their ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket via direct debit.

Q. Does this mean I can pay for more than one season ticket via direct debit on the same account? I would like to pay for myself and my two children.

A. Yes. When purchasing your season ticket online, having selected the ‘direct debit’ payment option, use the ‘friends and family’ function to add up to five more season tickets, and pay for all of these via direct debit on the same account.

Q. Do I have to pay over the course of 12 months, or can I pay quarterly, or every six months?

A. All direct debit payments must be made once a month, and will be spread over the course of 12 months.

Q. What day of the month will funds be taken from my account, should I pay for my ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket via direct debit?

A. On either the 1st or 15th day of each month. Supporters are able to choose which of these two options they would rather have funds taken from there account on when purchasing their season ticket via direct debit. There are no other dates available.

Q. When will my first direct-debit payment be taken from my account?

A. Bradford City AFC needs a minimum of four working days after your initial direct debit application to register and claim your first payment. Therefore, funds will be taken on the next 1st or 15th day of the month (depending on which payment date you choose), which comes at least four days after your initial direct debit application.

Q. Will the £4.50 per transaction delivery fee be taken off my first month’s payment, or will it be spread evenly over the course of the 12-month payment?

A. The £4.50 delivery fee will be added entirely onto your first month’s payment. For example, if you purchase one Adult ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket and choose to pay for it via direct debit, the first of your 12 monthly payments will be £21 (£16.50 per calendar month for the season ticket, plus £4.50 for delivery). This means the first of your payments will be greater than the remaining 11, though the remaining 11 payments thereafter will be equal, and will only be for the season-ticket product(s) itself.

Q. Can I cancel my ‘Take Me Home’ 2021/22 season ticket or direct debit payment part way through the season?

A. No. You may amend your payment method from direct debit to another type, by contacting or visiting the ticket office at the Utilita Energy Stadium, but the outstanding balance must then be paid in full. The same answer applies to questions over whether a lump sum can be paid part way through the season, on top of funds which are being paid monthly.

Q. Can I add a suite upgrade to my direct-debit scheme?

A. Yes. Suite upgrades to The McCall Suite, The Hendrie Suite or the Bantams Bar can all be paid for via direct debit. To do this, select the respective suite upgrade as you normally would, before paying via direct debit as explained above. The additional cost for the suite upgrade will then be evenly spread over the cost of 12 months, in addition to the payment already being taken for your season ticket(s).

Q. Can I add a pass for The 2013 Players’ Lounge and pay for this via direct debit?

A. No. Passes for The 2013 Players’ Lounge are not currently part of the direct debit scheme and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase (£250).

Q. I am a '25 Yearer'. Can I pay for my 'Take Me Home' 2021/22 season ticket via direct debit?

A. Yes. '25 Yearers' will be able to pay for their season ticket via direct debit, and will simply select which suite they would like to enjoy their free upgrade in, before proceeding with the payment.

Q. Is this direct debit payment package a credit agreement?

A. No. There is no credit agreement attached to this form of payment. It is a monthly subscription which can be cancelled or stopped at any time, at the supporter’s discretion, though the outstanding amount must then be paid in full.

Q. Will I be credit checked upon application of the direct-debit scheme?

A. No. You will not be credit checked upon application for direct-debit payment, though your credit rating may be affected if a direct debit is returned unpaid.

Q. I have bad credit. Can I still apply for the direct-debit scheme?

A. Yes. Applications for Bradford City AFC’s direct-debit scheme are welcome from anyone aged 18 or over with a UK bank account.
