Q. When logging in, my app keeps ‘spinning’ 

A. Please update your app to version 2.0.0 - by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Q. I cannot access all my season tickets on the app 

A. Please ensure you update your ‘Friends and Family’ section on the ticketing website to have access to multiple season tickets.   

Q. My season ticket is showing ‘2021/22’.

A. Please update your app to version 2.0.0 - by visiting the App Store or Play Store.

To verify your version, head to the menu, choose ‘Settings’. Your version number will be listed. 

Q. I get the error ‘you are already registered’.

A. Head to the main page, choose ‘Login’ then select ‘Forgot my password’. 

If you have still having issues with this after resetting your password, please contact ticketingsupport@bradfordcityafc.com who can investigate this. 

Q. I want to have my QR code on multiple devices. Can I do this? 

A. Yes, you can log into multiple devices with the same email and password combination created via the Bradford City AFC App.  

Q. I am struggling to set up the app. What can I do? 

A. Pop in to the Valley Parade Ticket Office where we will be happy to help. 

Q. I am seeing the same season ticket when I swipe left and right.

A. This is how the app should function, the season-ticket holder's name appears at the top of each season ticket. If there is only one season ticket loaded onto your app, it will cycle through the same ticket.  

Q. I see 'SocketException: Failed host lookup…'

A. Supporter is not connected to the internet, or does not have data switched on.
