Tony spent the back end of the 2014-15 on loan at Bradford from Blackpool, but made the move permanent the following summer following his release from his parent club. The former England youth international began his career with Middlesbrough in 2004 and spent 8 years with the club, amassing almost 140 appearances before a 2012 switch to Sheffield United. During two years at Bramall Lane, McMahon made 68 appearances before his move to Blackpool in 2014.
