Bradford City AFC is welcoming applications to join its inspiring and ever-growing academy structure - with a part-time youth development phase coach vacancy.
The successful applicant will be an inspiring individual working predominantly with the club's under-15 and under-16 age groups, to help enhance the club's academy coaching programme.
The role will involve working with and developing the under-15 and under-16 players within the youth development phase for the 2021/22 season, including developing and improving that specific age group to maximize the potential of those they work with.
The coach will support the head of coaching and lead youth development phase coach to ensure all requirements of the club’s academy footballers in relation to their playing, training, education and welfare throughout the under-15 and under-16 age groups are met.
They will deliver coaching and matchday sessions for Bradford City AFC Academy aligned to the academy's philosophy and culture.
Working evenings and weekends, the successful candidate will also be able to identify talent in the youth development phase program.
Strong communication lines will be built with the head of coaching, lead youth development phase coach and academy manager.
This post is aimed at individuals with the ability to inspire others, develop their skills and lead a group in a professional academy programme.
The successful candidate will receive regular CPD through the academy CPD programme, as well as education and support to further develop their skills and abilities.

All candidates - on submission of their application - must have DBS clearance, safeguarding and protecting children, Emergency Aid Certificate, UEFA B Licence and The FA Youth Award.
The club will seek satisfactory statements from up to two independent referees.
