Supporters can collect their card(s) from 9:00am until 5:00pm today (Monday 20 August 2012). The Bantams Ticket Office will then be open again on match-day (Tuesday 21 August) from 9:00am.
Please note, the option to pick up Season Tickets and FlexiCards ahead of City's home match with Fleetwood Town will finish at 6:15pm on Tuesday - an hour and a half before kick off.
This is to ensure that all supporters wishing to buy tickets for the Fleetwood match can do so in time to see the beginning of the fixture.
Season Tickets and FlexiCards will then be available once again as normal from after the final time whistle of the Fleetwood fixture.
All supporters wishing to be pick up their Season Tickets and/or FlexiCards must be in possession of their valid receipt(s) when coming down to the Ticket Office.
To give supporters a greater opportunity to pick up and/or purchase Season Tickets and/or FlexiCards this week, the Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium will be open until 7:00pm this Thursday (23 August)
For clarification, the Bantams Ticket Office is now situated within the North West Corner at the Coral Windows Stadium.
