Villa tickets - postage update

28 December 2012

The football club would like to take the opportunity to update any supporters who have recently purchased tickets for City's forthcoming Capital One Cup Semi-Final with Aston Villa using an alternative method to buying them in person from the Ticket Office.

Any tickets purchased over the phone or online for the home leg of the Aston Villa tie should be coming through the post to supporters over the course of the next few days.

The club are, however, kindly asking any supporters who have bought Villa away tickets over the phone or online to please collect them from the Bantams Ticket Office during their opening hours.

Tickets for the second leg away tie at Villa Park will NOT be posted out. Only home leg tickets will be sent through the post.

With the club clearly not hosting the away tie, making the task of obtaining duplicates for any lost/damaged tickets potentially quite problematic, this decision has been taken to try and ensure that all City fans safety receive their correct match tickets in time for the second leg.

City supporters who have purchased away leg tickets over the phone or online will be able to collect their tickets from the Bantams Ticket Office from 9:00am on Thursday 10 January 2013 right up until close of business - 5:00pm - on the day of the away leg (Tuesday 22 January 2013).

This period of collection also includes the home match-day against Oxford United on Saturday 12 January 2013. There will be a designated window open at the Ticket Office to cater for Aston Villa collections on that day.

Should some supporters have difficulty getting down to the Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium during this period though, please don't hesitate to contact the club's Ticket Office Manager Mick Lamb via to allow the club to try and arrange an alternative solution.

Details regarding official supporters coach travel to the Villa Park second leg are being finalised and will be confirmed here on in due course.
