Only two days before the two teams meet in the league, Phil Parkinson's Bantams have been handed a trip to fellow League 2 side Northampton Town in this Sunday's F.A Cup with Budweiser First Round draw.
Parkinson's men are due to travel to Sixfields Stadium to take on the Cobblers this Tuesday, but City will now make the journey south again in around two weeks time in the F.A Cup.
All F.A Cup First Round ties are due to be played over the weekend of the 3/4 November 2012.
The exact date for the tie and ticket details for City supporters will be confirmed in due course.
