The club can confirm that supporters will be able to collect Season Ticket cards and FlexiCards from the Bantams Ticket Office at the Coral Windows Stadium from 8:00am until 12noon this Saturday (10 August 2013) ahead of City's first home match of the season against Carlisle United.
In keeping with the protocol from previous seasons, Season Ticket cards and FlexiCards will only be handed out up until 12noon on Saturday ahead of the Carlisle fixture in a bid to avoid congestion around the Ticket Office in the build-up to kick-off.
This decision will hopefully also make it easier for any supporters wishing to buy match-day tickets from the Ticket Office to do so and still get into the stadium to see the beginning of the Carlisle match.
Supporters wishing to collect their Season Ticket card(s) or FlexiCard(s) must ensure they please bring either their Season Ticket receipt(s) or valid photographic I.D to the Ticket Office.
The club would strongly advise all supporters to please, if possible, pick up their cards as soon as possible Saturday morning to avoid any potential problems in the hours leading up to the kick off of the Carlisle match.
Queues are likely on Saturday morning, so the earlier supporters can get down to the Ticket Office, it is hoped the less time they will have to spend waiting to pick their card(s) ahead of the return of League 1 football to Valley Parade in the afternoon.
