Bradford City Academy would like to announce that Clive Michallat (pictured) will be taking charge of all recruitment within the Academy.
Initially this will be for an interim period that covers the build up to, and the process of, the club's EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan) Audit in March.
He will be responsible for players at Under 8 to Under 16 level and will link in to the academy's Development Centre programme alongside Louis Horne.
Academy Manager Peter Horne commented: “Clive has been a long-serving and loyal part of our recruitment structure for the last 10 years and this was highlighted when he had no hesitation on stepping in to the role.
“Clive has been responsible for the recruiting of a number of excellent players into our programme including some of our current Youth Team and Under 16 squads.
“Although knowing Clive like I do, he will be keen to fill the position but myself and Alan Nevison both feel he needs to get a feel for the role before he commits.
“I will be still going through all applications already received but, from Monday 23rd December 2013, applications for the position will NOT be considered.
“We would like to thank Clive for his commitment and wish all the very best.”
