Zavon Hines and Carl McHugh have been brought into City's side for the club's Capital One Cup Semi-Final First Leg with Aston Villa.
With Nathan Doyle moving back up into central midfield, McHugh returns into the Bantams' back four.
Zavon Hines will begin the tie on City's right wing, with Ritchie Jones and Ricky Ravenhill moving down to the bench as a result of the double change.
