Local company become new rear shirt sponsors
The club are happy to announce that they have agreed a new rear shirt sponsorship deal with local business AutoElectro.
The company have agreed to become the exclusive ‘rear shirt sponsor’ meaning that they will have their company name and logo printed onto the back of the players’ shirts, just above where the players’ name is.
This is a brand new feature for the club and it has never been done before, meaning they are the first company to ever be a rear shirt sponsor for the club – a real historic moment.
The ‘new look’ shirt was worn for the very first time during the Coventry fixture earlier in the week but with a crowd of just over 1,600 – 300 or so City supporters - the shirt didn’t get viewed in the cloth by many but it will be on show to today’s (Saturday) home crowd so please keep an eye out.
The sponsorship deal becomes active immediately and will remain in place until the end of the 2015/16 season, meaning they will see out the remainder of the current season as well as the following two seasons.
