Following the success of Tuesday's Bradford City Memorabilia Charity Auction, BantamsTrek and Friends of Bradford City will be joining forces once again to help host the MacMillan Cancer Support's Northern Christmas Ball at the Coral Windows Stadium next Friday (12 December 2014).

Ahead of the Christmas ball, this Tuesday's charity auction, which gave City supporters the opportunity to bid on a number of prized items from the club's recent history, raised nearly £1,750.

The charity auction and the Christmas ball were organised with the aim of raising awareness and funds for MacMillan Cancer Support, with part of the money collected from the auction going to the Bradford Burns Unit as well.

BantamsTrek is a charity group set up by City kit man John 'G' Duckworth back in 2010.

Thanks to a number of charity events organised by John and his group, BantamsTrek have raised thousands of pounds over the years for MacMillan, the football club and the Burns Unit.

Tickets for the MacMillan Northern Christmas Ball are still on sale now for only £35.00 per person. Tables of ten can be booked £300.00. Prices include a four-course meal, while an ABBA tribute act 'ABBA-NOW' have been booked to help you dance the night away!
