15 December 2014

The Bantams' apprentices are set for the exciting task of taking on footballing giants Liverpool in the third round of the F.A Youth Cup this Monday (15 December 2014) evening.

The tie, which will kick off at 7:00pm, will be played at Langtree Park - the home of Super League champions St Helens.

This venue is often used by Liverpool to host development squad and youth team fixtures.

Liverpool, along with a number of other Premier League clubs, have been given permission by The F.A to play their home F.A Youth Cup ties at an alternative venue up to the fifth round.

The Bantams secured their date with the three-time winners of the F.A Youth Cup by defeating Barnsley 2-0 at the Coral Windows Stadium in the second round last month. City fans can see highlights of that particular match by clicking HERE

The winner of Monday's tie will host either Brighton & Hove Albion or Derby County in the fourth round.
