The case involving both City and Scottish Championship side Falkirk follows Stewart's move to the Coral Windows Stadium during the summer of 2011.
The club can now confirm that they have received official confirmation from the Court of Arbitration for Sport that the date for the Mark Stewart case verdict has been moved to Friday 14 March 2014.
