The football club can confirm the new date for their outstanding Sky Bet League 1 home fixture with Port Vale.

Phil Parkinson's side will now entertain the Valiants at the Coral Windows Stadium on Tuesday 18 February 2014 - kick off 7:45pm.

The two sides were originally due to meet at Valley Parade a week on Saturday (25 January 2014) but those plans were forced to change due to Port Vale's progression in the F.A Cup.

Vale will now play host to Brighton & Hove Albion in the F.A Cup Fourth Round on that Saturday (25 January) following their third round replay win at Plymouth Argyle this Tuesday.

The new date for City's home match with Vale will be sandwiched between a trip to Coventry City (Saturday 15 February 2014) and another home fixture against Milton Keynes Dons the following Saturday (22 February 2014).

All match-day tickets purchased for the original Port Vale fixture (25 January) will be valid still for the rearranged fixture (18 February).
