Bradford-based JCT600 - one of the UK's largest privately owned motor groups - already sponsor the front of the club's match shirts. The company were founded by City honorary life president Jack Tordoff.
The stand sponsorship will initially run for the next two years - the remainder of the current kit deal.
City's Director of Operations David Baldwin said: “The relationship between us at the club and the likes of Jack (Tordoff) and JCT is very informal. We both have a very close affinity with the city.
“I see it as one big family. We are all pulling in the same direction.
“This is another demonstration that we are building things the right way and building them with longevity. There’s no boom and bust here."
