Footballing giants Liverpool await the winner of City's F.A Youth Cup tie with Barnsley following this Friday's third round draw.
With the draw taking place ahead of City's scheduled second round tie at home to Barnsley, both the Bantams and their South Yorkshire neighbours have now been handed a potential trip to Merseyside in the third round.
Unless the Reds are given permission by The F.A to change venue, the third round tie will be staged at Liverpool's world famous Anfield ground.
The tie must also be played before Saturday 20 December 2014.
City's second round tie with Barnsley is scheduled to take place at the Coral Windows Stadium next Tuesday (11 November 2014). Kick off is set for 7:00pm.
The Bantams booked their date with Barnsley after winning 3-1 at Scunthorpe United in their first round tie this Tuesday.
