Parkinson made as many as five changes for Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at Oldham Athletic, with the likes of Christopher Routis, Matthew Dolan and Aaron Mclean coming into the starting eleven.
Despite City losing the Oldham tie, Parkinson admits that his team selection for the Yeovil game isn't straight forward and he does have options available to him.
Parkinson said: "People like Chris Routis have given us something to think about.
"We have always said that we wanted to run with a smaller squad, perhaps not as small as it was a few weeks ago, but a squad nevertheless where we can trust everyone to play.
"I think we are in that situation now.
"There isn't a player in the squad that if we selected for a game would cause me a sleepless night beforehand. They are all good enough to play.
"We changed the team around a bit on Tuesday and we will continue to do so if and when we feel that is right."
Midfielder Gary Liddle missed the midweek Oldham match after still feeling the effects of a nasty tackle he received during the recent Leeds United Capital One Cup tie.
Liddle isn't a certainty to be involved against Yeovil but Parkinson says the 28 year old is improving heading into the weekend.
Parkinson added: "Gary is looking a lot better.
"He had a bad tackle during the Leeds game and then played with pain-killers for the Rochdale match.
"Once those pain-killers wore off, he was in quite some discomfort with it.
"He does look better now though going into this one (vs Yeovil)."
