Bantams boss Phil Parkinson has recalled Mark Yeates, Jordan Pickford and Andy Halliday for City's visit to Leyton Orient this Wednesday.
Yeates comes into the side at the expense of Jon Stead, who isn't risked due to a cut on his foot picked up during the Sunday's Sunderland tie, while Halliday has replaced Billy Knott.
Knott is named among City's substitutes at Orient's Matchroom Stadium. Fellow midfielder Jason Kennedy will also start the game on the Bantams' bench.
After being ineligible for the Sunderland F.A Cup tie, Pickford returns in goal for Ben Williams.
With Stead out of the side, Clarke is expected to operate just behind James Hanson in attack. Yeates is likely to begin the Sky Bet League 1 fixture on the left wing.
