Webb-Foster was chosen in the LFE's top eleven apprentices for December who have excelled on the football pitch and in the classroom.
As part of every scholar's apprenticeship at a Football League club, they must take part in college classes during the week along with the usual football training sessions.
This is to help give them the tools to progress in a different career should they not receive a professional contract as a footballer at the end of their two-year apprenticeship.
Webb-Foster and the ten other players named in the December LFE XI beat off competition from around 1300 other apprentices to make it into the side.
The 16 year-old received a certificate and a cheque for £50.00 after earning his place in the LFE side.
Webb-Foster can be seen receiving the certificate from Head of Academy Coaching Steve Thornber and Bantams boss Phil Parkinson.
After catching the eye with his scoring feats for the youth team towards the end of last season and the start of this season, the first year apprentice became City's second youngest ever player to feature in a senior game when he came off the bench at Milton Keynes Dons in the Capital One Cup back in late September.
On top of his stadiummk appearance, Webb-Foster has also featured as an unused substitute four times for Parkinson's men this campaign.
Pat Lally who works as an LFE regional officer alongside his role as The Professional Footballers’ Association, Director of Education, said: “Reece is currently doing extremely well on his BTEC Extended Diploma, has already passed the Functional Skills in English and has received glowing reports from his tutors at college.”
