The 18 year-old attacker joins the Bantams from Ft Lauderdale in Florida after being spotted by RIASA and then recommended to the club by former Bantam, Mark Ellis (RIASA football director).
Lewis has previously trained and played with Fulham's Under 21s as well as Middlesbrough and York City's Under 19 squads.
The pacey performer will initially train with the club's youth team and feature in City's Final Third Development reserve league fixtures during the forthcoming 2015/2016 campaign.
