If you purchased your season ticket up to and including Thursday 18th June and have not yet collected your season ticket, could you please make arrangements to do so as soon as possible.
To collect your season ticket card, you can either do so by visiting the ticket office or by returning your receipts complete with a stamped addressed envelope and we will send the cards out by return of post.
Season ticket holders who purchased their season ticket cards after the above date, please keep an eye out on the website and social media for a further announcement with regards to when these season ticket cards will become available for collection.
It is hoped to have these cards available the week commencing 20th July. Again, please see the official website and social media channels for details.
As it stands, supporters will NOT be able to collect Season Ticket cards on the day of the first home game of the 2015/16 against Shrewsbury Town on Saturday 15th August.
The club request that you collect your Season Ticket card or arrange for it to be sent in the post, as soon as possible.
To reiterate, this means there is NO option to collect them on the day of the first home game of the season.
This decision is made to prevent potential crowd control issues in and around the Ticket Office area in what we expect to be a very busy and highly attended game.
