City's 2015/2016 Sky Bet League 1 campaign will begin with an away fixture at last season's defeated Play-Off finalists Swindon Town.
Following the release of the club's new fixture list at 9:00am this Wednesday morning, Phil Parkinson's Bantams now know that they will begin the forthcoming campaign at Swindon's County Ground on Saturday 8 August 2015.
Swindon missed out on a place in the Championship after losing 4-0 to Preston North End at Wembley in last month's League 1 Play-Off Final.
The Bantams' first home matches of the season will be against Shrewsbury Town the following Saturday (August 15) and Gillingham the Tuesday (18 August) after.
City will visit Yorkshire neighbours Barnsley later in the month (Saturday 22 August) before finishing their league fixtures off for August at home to Port Vale (Saturday 29 August).
Parkinson's men will entertain Burton Albion at the Coral Windows Stadium on Boxing Day (26 December) for their final home game of 2015.
The Bantams' festive schedule will then see them travelling to Sheffield United just two days later (28 December).
City will begin the new calendar year with a trip to Gillingham (2 January 2016). Their first home fixture of 2016 is scheduled to be against Barnsley (9 January).
City's final away fixture of the regular season will come at Southend United on Saturday 30 April.
The Bantams will then end their League 1 campaign for another season with a home fixture against Chesterfield on Sunday 8 May.
