The Bantams and hosts Aldershot Town will both mark Remembrance Sunday this weekend by donating match tickets and wearing remembrance poppies on their match shirts for the Emirates FA Cup first round tie at the EBB Stadium.

Both clubs have donated 100 match tickets for the cup tie to members of the local Armed Forces, while Phil Parkinson's men will wear a special centenary poppy on their white away shirts.

It is exactly 100 years this year since the famous poem 'In Flanders Fields' was written after Canadian doctor Lt Col John McCrae was inspired by the sight of poppies growing in a battle-scared field.

After the First World War (1914-1918), the poppy was adopted as a symbol of Remembrance.

A two-minute silence will precede the 2:00pm kick off, which will be heralded by the arrival of standard bearers representing the Armed Forces.

There will also be an address by Aldershot Club Chaplain, Rev Mike Pusey, and the playing of the Last Post by a single bugler.

Supporters are asked, if possible, to take their places in the stadium by 1:50pm to pay their respects.

The Bantams' allocation of 1,470 tickets for the tie will be situated in the East Bank and South Stand.

The vast majority of those available tickets will be in the standing section. Aldershot have only 170 seats available to City supporters.

City supporters wishing to watch the game from the terracing section can do so by paying on the turnstiles on match-day.

Fans wanting to buy a ticket in the seating area, however, can purchase them in advance through Aldershot's ticket office - 01252 320211.

Admission prices for the tie will be:

Adults: £19.00
Concessions: £15.00
Juniors: £7.00

Adults: £17.00
Concessions: £13.00
Juniors: £5.00

Disabled supporters will be asked to pay the concessionary rate. They will also be entitled to a free carers' ticket. Valid I.D is required, however.

Aldershot have seven wheelchair spaces with accompanying carers' seat available to Bradford City supporters.
