The fixture will take place at Morecambe's Globe Arena - kick off 2:00pm.
The match is City's second this season in the Final Third Development League following last Tuesday's opening 5-0 win over Burton Albion at the Coral Windows Stadium.
After featuring against Burton last week, Brad Jones and Greg Leigh are expected to play in the Morecambe fixture.
First year pros Jon Lewis, Dylan Mottley-Henry and Sam Wright are also likely to take part in the match as well.
