Bradford City Football Club and its community partner One In A Million (OIAM) are giving Bradford supporters three great reasons to join their team on Sunday 25thOctober participating in the Bradford City Runs.
Reason 1
This year the Burns Unit is the official charity partner of the Bradford City Runs and all registration fees will go towards a charity that we are all passionate about.
Reason 2
By running in conjunction with the Club and OIAM you will be showing just how fantastic the fans of Bradford City are to demonstrate our support for the community
Reason 3
By raising sponsorship money and joining our campaign we hope to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in Bradford and for the Club we all support and which in turn supports so many good causes.

This year we are wanting a sea of claret and amber running in the Kids 1 mile, 5K, 10K and Half Marathon runs that will take you past many of the landmarks around the City.
The registration costs for the different distances are as follows:
Children’s 1 mile 5 years + £3.00
5K - adult (>11) £10.00
10K - adult (>15) £15.00
1/2 MARATHON - adult (>17) £19.00
In addition to the registration fees going to the Burns Unit. One In A Million and Bradford City have a goal of their own and they are asking you to raise funds through sponsorship with a minimum target of £100 for each entrant which would go towards supporting disadvantaged children and young people from Bradford and also to the Club, you love. Any monies raised will be distributed evenly between the two organisations to distribute further for specific projects.
Once registered you will be sent a running pack containing all your registration details from the running partner ‘Race Best’ and you will also receive sponsorship forms and a special Running T Shirt to show that you are running for Bradford City and One In A Million.
As the momentum gathers, we hope to unveil some special names that will be joining us for the runs from former Bradford City players and key individuals well known throughout the City. After the event, there are plans to hold a celebration gathering (venue TBC) with guests to record achievements, share stories of the day and enjoy some food and drink.
To grow exposure for the joint event and to let others know you are taking part please use #itsmycity on social media. For those that do we will draw a fan at random to receive a signed shirt.
