The awards evening, which once again has been organised by supporter group, Friends of Bradford City, will celebrate another exciting campaign for Phil Parkinson's men, as well as, of course, revealing who, you, the fans, have chosen as your top performer of the season.
This year's Player of the Year awards will take place in the McCall and Hendrie Suites at the Coral Windows Stadium.
Highly experienced sports broadcaster Derm Tanner and Pulse Sport commentator Jason Thornton will also be on hand to guide fans and guests throughout the night's proceedings.
As well as a number of trophy presentations, including the main Telegraph & Argus/JCT600 Player of the Year title, fans attending the awards evening will receive a sumptuous three-course meal and entertainment throughout the night.
The event is SOLD OUT but fans without tickets for the evening can still keep up to date with the winner of each award as they are announced through the club's official Facebook and Twitter pages.
