HOSPITALITY CHANGES FOR THE 2016/2017 CAMPAIGN

10 August 2016

Bradford City FC is delighted to announce that changes have been made to the procedures for hospitality suites for the new season.

This will ensure that the Club can maximise its income streams from its successful link with CGC Banqueting without the need for patrons in lounges to be inconvenienced by temporary lounge closures.

The Club reserves the right to make changes to these arrangements and it is possible that changes may have to be made for major cup-ties.

However, for the vast majority of the 23 games in the EFL Sky Bet League 1, the following procedures will be followed.

The first major change is the introduction of a Legends Suite on the 2nd floor of the banqueting suites.

This was formally the Boardroom but will now be used to accommodate supporters who wish to arrive early and partake of a three-course meal prior to the game.  Supporters wishing to book for pre-match meals in the Legends Lounge are advised to contact the Club for more details and check for availability.  The price of the meal will be £65 per person for non-season ticket holders which is reduced to £45 for existing season ticket holders.

The package includes a three-course meal, seats in the Executive area of the Upper level of the JCT 600 West Stand, a match day programme, match day team-sheet confirming the line-ups, betting facilities, and TVs with Sky Sports updates and a live feed of the game.

A guest speaker will also be entertaining supporters at the majority of games.

The Legends Suite will also be the venue for members of the Centurions Club.

For the payment of £1000 plus VAT per person, patrons of the Centurions Club can enjoy access to the Legends Suite and benefit from their business logo being shown on an official Centurions website, invitations to exclusive Bradford City events, a limited edition Centurions pin-badge, use of meeting rooms at the stadium and discounted rates on Bradford City hospitality packages.

There is a dress-code for this Suite which will be strictly enforced.

This is based on smart casual, but no football shorts, baseball caps, shorts, hoodies or work clothes will be allowed. We do allow smart denim but ask supporters not to wear ripped jeans, etc.

Supporters not adhering to the dress code will be denied entry or asked to leave the Legends Lounge.

The 2013 Suite, McCall and Hendrie Suites will be made available to supporters who have paid the appropriate upgrade fee on either a season ticket or match-day basis. Any match day upgrades and FlexiCard payments must be dealt with at the ticket office as no upgrades can be dealt with in the banqueting areas on match days.

The 1911 Club will, for the new season, be available only to fully paid-up members of the 1911 before and during the game.

After the game, it will be available to 1911 Club member and patrons of the Executive Boxes.

The 1911 Club offers similar facilities to the Legends Suites. Supporters wishing to book a place in the 1911 Club for any home game are asked to contact the Club.

The facilities which are priced at £65 for non-season ticket holders (reduced to £45 if you hold a current season ticket) include a three course meal, a reserved seat in the 1911 section of the stadium, match day programme, a match day programme, match day team-sheet confirming the line-ups and TVs with Sky Sports updates and a live feed of the game.

The dress-code for the 1911 Club will be the same as the Legends Suite and will be strictly enforced.

This is based on smart casual, but no football shorts, baseball caps, shorts, hoodies or work clothes being allowed.

We do allow smart denim but ask supporters not to wear ripped jeans, etc.

Supporters not adhering to the dress code will be denied entry or asked to leave the 1911 Club.

The Club has decided due to cut down on wastage by not printing team sheets for all the Suites in JCT600 Stand and Bantams Bar on the KOP Stand. However, listening to supporters’ feedback we will display team sheets in two positions in each lounge for future games.

Supporters can, of course, take photographs of the team sheets to refer to while they are watching the game.
