Morais has been sidelined since last July after rupturing knee ligaments in pre-season training. Anderson broke his leg during the home game with Peterborough United back in September.
The pair have been making solid progress in recent weeks, however, with Morais joining in with sections of training for the last couple of weeks.
Parkinson says City are not thinking of about particular dates for the returning pair just yet but he knows their inclusion in any part of the campaign will be huge boost to the squad.
The City chief said: "Fil (Morais) is a few weeks ahead of Paul but they are both going well.
"It will be great to see them back before the end of the season.
"They are players who can give us some more creativity in the team. If you add Fil and Paul into the group we have already available to us at the moment, it looks a very strong squad here.
"We don't want to put a time on it but we are pretty certain they will both be back before the end of the season."
