Join us at the Coral Windows Stadium tonight (Thursday 11 February 2016) for an exclusive evening with former Chelsea and Italy international Gianluca Vialli.
The evening will formally mark the launch of our crowd funding campaign ‘Upgrade the Parade' to raise significant funds to redevelop the stadium and provide a better match day experience for all supporters.
Bradford City have teamed up with crowd funding specialists Tifosy and their co-founder Mr Vialli who will attend the evening for a very special Q & A session on the campaign itself and of course his own illustrious career in football both in the Premier League and of course his time with the Italian national team.
The evening will be your opportunity to learn more about the campaign and to also hear from one of the World’s most recognisable footballing names. There will also be an exclusive opportunity to see the campaign video for the first time.
The main aim of the crowd funding campaign will be to primarily raise funds for both a new LED video scoreboard to replace our antiquated current one as well as significant and much needed changes to the dressing rooms. Any surplus funds raised will be used to improve others areas of the ground that will see a benefit to everyone associated with the Club.
The campaign will run for approximately eight weeks and will focus on a variety of ‘Once in a lifetime rewards’ that Bradford City fans can buy or bid for via a number of auctions.
Portsmouth FC recently raised £270,000 so it’s obvious what fan power and crowd funding can achieve!
Admittance to this event will be free but we will ask attendees to make a donation on entry which will go directly towards the campaign total. Supporters are invited to arrive by 7:00pm with the evening to start at around 7:15pm in the main banqueting suites at the stadium
Light refreshments will be made available on the evening, as well as the use of bar facilities.
