Over the last few weeks some of you may have received a free gift from the Club, our NEW prepaid rewards card.
Your decision whether to use the card or not is completely optional and anyone over the age of 16 can apply for one.
As it is a prepaid card, there are fees associated with its usage. There is a 3.5% load fee every time you add money to the card that will automatically be converted into points and an ATM withdrawal fee of £1.95 for which you will also earn extra points. However the card is provided free of charge. There is NO monthly fee and there are NO transaction fees.
However should you choose to use it, you’ll earn points towards Bradford City related prizes and access a range of benefits and discounts from both high street retailers and our own Club partners and sponsors.

So how does it work?
By signing up for the scheme you can earn ‘Rewards Points’ in many ways:-
- By using the card and interacting with the Club via the App.
- From sharing selected Club Tweets on Twitter or entering a competition,
- Completing a survey or attending an event - as well as earning Points for using the Card anywhere that accepts MasterCard.

How do I earn points through social media activity?
We will notify you to share Bradford City Football Club info such as news, match comments, etc. on Twitter and Facebook. In return you automatically earn and build your rewards points. So get ‘Tweeting’ and earn Points!
What will my Points get me?
Cardholders will receive exclusive offers from the Club, its partners and hundreds of high street and online retailers in exchange for points. There will also be a chance to win regular prizes such as signed Bradford City shirts, balls and other merchandise. The more points you earn, the more you can get.

Who will receive a card automatically?
We have sent cards to all season ticket holders and flexi card holders aged between 16 and 60. This is because there is a cost to the Club for each card manufactured and sent out. We therefore pre-selected the age group of 16-60 based on information given to us by the card issuer as to the most likely age group of users. However if you are over 60 you can still apply for one and they will be sent out free of charge. Simply go to bradford.nuggetz.co
When will I receive my card?
If you are aged between 16-60 this card will automatically arrive within the next few weeks.
If you do not receive a card but still want to apply, the card will take approx. three weeks to arrive.
I am not a season ticket or flexi card holder, can I still apply and start earning rewards?
Yes. If over the age of 16 please apply for a card. Simply go to bradford.nuggetz.co to register your card, and load cash to start earning points straight away!

Will my personal data be used?
We do not share registration data with third parties. We have teamed up with Nuggetz and MasterCard to design the App and the card. If a user orders and activates a card, Nuggetz does not store this data - it is handled and passed securely to the card issuer (Optimal Payments (Paysafe).
As this is a Bradford City product, we have only used the addresses of pre-selected individuals on our database that have bought season tickets or flexi cards. This is our data. Once a card is activated, as with all financial services, their personal and transactional data is held by Optimal Payments (Paysafe) under strict Mastercard and FCA guidelines.
We have a privacy policy, strictly in place that has been approved by MasterCard and their agents that ensure the security and prevention of personal data under the FCA compliance we have in place.
