The match at the Coral Windows Stadium will kick off at 7:45pm.
The new date for the Burton game means City's game with the Brewers will be sandwiched between an away match against Bury (Saturday 5 March) and a home fixture with Doncaster Rovers (Saturday 12 March).
Tickets for the original Burton fixture (Boxing Day) will be valid for the new match.
