Stuart McCall's men will take on the Saints at McDiarmid Park on Tuesday 19 July 2016 - kick off 7:15pm.
The friendly match will make up part of a week-long stay in Scotland for McCall's squad during their pre-season schedule ahead of the 2016/2017 campaign.
The game is City's fourth confirmed pre-season fixture so far this summer, with the club having already announced matches against Burnley, Bradford (Park Avenue) and Carlisle United.
