Hanson has been shortlisted for the award after scoring three goals for Phil Parkinson's men and helping the Bantams to collect ten points last month.
The Bantams forward particularly impressed during City's 4-0 thrashing of Peterborough United in the month of February, with the striker netting twice with two imposing headers on his 300th appearance for the club.
Hanson is up against Swindon Town striker Nicky Ajose, Millwal shot-stopper Jordan Archer and Barnsley defender Alfie Mawson for the award.
The winner will be announced on Friday (11 March 2016) morning.
