Ireland will take part in a five-day training camp in La Manga as part of their preparations for the 2019 UEFA Under-21 European Championship qualifying campaign.
During their time in Spain, the Irish will play Czech Republic on Saturday (12 November) and Slovakia next Tuesday (15 November).
Cullen has already featured three times for Ireland's U21s so far this season.
