Due to the club receiving an unrealistically high rise in the number of requests for replacement cards already this season, the club wish to remind supporters that the cost to replace a season ticket card in the event of loss or theft is the cost of the season ticket itself. For example a season ticket card which cost £149.00 will, if lost or stolen, costs £149.00 to replace.
Any cards subject of theft will continue to be replaced without cost ONLY on production of a Police crime reference number, and, the reporting officers' details.
As all reprinted cards are in fact bespoke made the card does cost the club extra on top of the original cost of printing the card.
The club apologies for having to re-iterate this but the number of requests for replacement cards is already around 350. We do accept that some of these are for bona fide seat swaps, but that accounts for approximately 50% of the replacement card orders.
Naturally the club does not want customers missing out on games when their request for a replacement is a genuine request, and discretion will be used wherever possible.
