The club would like to inform all supporters who are yet to receive their 'Matter of Heart' DVD that these are expected to be posted out in the next few days.
So far, Joint-Owner, Edin Rahic has personally signed thousands of copies that have already been sent out. However due to illness this week he has not been at the Club and so has not yet had the opportunity to personally sign the final batch.
In an attempt to ensure we both live up to our promises, but also make sure you get the DVD as soon as possible we are asking supporters to contact us if they are prepared to still wait for their signed copy or would rather we just send them out guaranteeing delivery before Christmas.
Any supporter who has yet to receive their DVD and would rather wait for it to be signed please contact commercial@bradfordcityfc.co.uk. If you are happy to just receive the DVD unsigned and as soon as possible you do not need to take any further action.
The club would like to apologise for this situation but hope fans can see it was unforeseen. Our aim is to make sure all supporters who ordered the DVD get this as soon as possible, especially in instances whereby it was bought as a Christmas gift.
We have already started the process of distributing unsigned copies of the DVD.
