Season tickets purchased prior to the end of June have been delivered and are now available for collection from the ticket office.
The only exception to this are the season tickets in Block L of both the JCT600 and Kop stands, these have been unavoidably delayed but we expect delivery of these before the end of the month.
We would ask customers to be in possession of their season ticket receipts.
Tickets will be available for collection ahead of Saturday's (22 July 2017) pre-season fixture with Sunderland at the Northern Commercials Stadium.
On arrival at the ticket office, fans will be queued by stewards as there will be specific windows for specific stands.
For example, any fan collecting cards for the JCT600 stand will be shown to the appropriate window at the ticket office.
Fans collecting tickets for the North West Corner, Bantams Bar and Corporate tickets will be using the same window.
There will be a separate window for the purchase of priority away memberships.
There will be no service of match day tickets prior to the game, any fans wishing to attend the game should pay cash at the turnstiles and enter the JCT600 stand, lower tier.
Any customer not in possession of their receipts MUST produce photographic id for each ticket they wish to collect.
