STADIUM ENTRY DETAILS FOR NEWCASTLE FRIENDLY

25 July 2017

The preparation for the new 2017/18 season continues on Wednesday (26 July 2017) when we welcome Premiership side Newcastle United to the Northern Commercials Stadium.

The game kick-off at the slightly earlier than usual time of 7.30pm, so please get to the stadium as early as possible to make sure you miss none of the game.

The stadium configuration will be the same that worked so well for last Saturday’s game versus Sunderland with two sides of the stadium open to home supporters.

The lower sections of both the JCT600 West Stand and the North Stand Kop will be open to home supporters for this game.

Tickets are competitively priced at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.

Tickets for the game can be bought in advance at the ticket office at the stadium or via the on-line ticketing service.

In addition, entry to the stadium is available by paying cash at the turnstiles from 6pm on match day.

Season tickets are not valid for this game.

All tickets have been sold on an unreserved basis, so fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible to avoid any queues and have the pick of the best seats available.  No turnstiles will be open for home supporters on the Midland Road side of the stadium.

Entry to the JCT600 West Stand (lower) can be gained if you have bought a ticket in advance via turnstile W3 which is located in the Directors car park, closest to Valley Parade.

Supporters wishing to pay cash at the turnstiles can do so in the same area with turnstiles W5, W12 and W13 offering entry to Adults at £10 and W4, W6, W11 and W14 offering entry to family groups at both the £10 and £5 concessionary rate.

Two turnstiles will stay open after the start of the game with W3 taking tickets and W4 taking cash until half-time.

Any supporter in a wheelchair is asked to approach the JCT600 Stand via the Gate WD on Valley Parade or via the lift in the 1911 Club reception.

Supporters in wheelchairs will be able to utilise the viewing areas in the lower section of the stand or in Block M of the upper section.

Entry to the North Stand Kop (lower) can be gained if you have bought a ticket in advance via turnstile N1 which is located behind the Kop, closest to main ticket office.

Supporters wishing to pay cash at the turnstiles can do so in the same area with turnstiles N5 and N6 offering entry to Adults at £10 and N2, N3, and N4 and N7 and N8 offering entry to family groups at both the £10 and £5 concessionary rate.

Two turnstiles will stay open after the start of the game with N1 taking tickets and N2 taking cash until half-time.

Any supporter in a wheelchair is asked to approach the Kop via the One-in-Million school compound and then enter the stadium via Gate ND.

Please try to have the right cash amount ready as you approach the turnstile.

As always, it will be necessary to carry-out security checks as spectators enter the stadium and all spectators are asked not to bring bags to the game.

Where that is unavoidable, all bags will be searched before entry to the stadium.

All spectators will be issued with a match ticket which they should keep in their position throughout the game.

Supporters are also reminded that the entire stadium, including the seating areas, concourses, stairways, turnstiles and toilets, is a non-smoking area.  The use of electronic cigarettes in all parts of the stadium is also forbidden.

We look forward to seeing you again at the Northern Commercials Stadium for Wednesday’s game!
