Following the announcement last week that Bradford City will play a pre-season friendly against German side TV Echterdingen, the club would like to update our supporters with the following information.
The club will not be operating any official travel to Germany for the match. However, we are aware that a number of our supporters groups are arranging trips to the game and there are regular flights available from Manchester Airport direct to Stuttgart.
We would like to encourage supporters to travel and join us not only for the match itself but also there will be a number activities taking place over the course of the weekend.
The game will take place on Saturday 15th July (4pm local time) at Sportpark Goldäcker, information on the stadium and ticket details can be found on the link below:
Echterdingen is a small village approximately 20 minutes from the stadium and we have been advised of a number of local activities taking place on both the Friday (14th) and Saturday (15th).
There will be a popular beer and fish market in taking place in Stuttgart on the Friday evening, details of which can be found here.
Following on from the match, there will be a street party taking place around the stadium for supporters to enjoy.
