3 March 2017

The Bantams entertain Peterborough United at the Northern Commercials Stadium this Saturday (4 March 2017) in their latest Sky Bet League One fixture.

Ahead of the Peterborough encounter, takes a look at five possible things to look out for on match-day...

1. Team Twenty in town!
Following Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Milton Keynes Dons, the Club have now put their 2017/2018 Season Tickets on sale. With City sticking with last season's reduced prices and continuing with their pledge to keep football affordable, the aim is to try and reach 20,000 season ticket holders. Information on the Club's new season ticket campaign will be available in and around the Northern Commercials Stadium this Saturday. Fans can also find out more by visiting

2. More home comfort for Wyke?
Three homes games in claret and amber for Charlie Wyke, four goals for City's new number nine. It has certainly been an encouraging start for the January recruit to life at the Northern Commercials Stadium. Can the goalscoring forward continue his fine form in front of the home fans when Peterborough come to Valley Parade this Saturday?

3. Return of the 'white' match-balls
After four months of playing with the EFL yellow 'winter' match-balls, this Saturday's set of fixtures will see home sides, City including, return to playing with their club branded footballs. The balls, which are predominantly white with the home club's colours and badge in place as well, will be used for all EFL fixtures between now and the end of the season.

4. Selection issues for the manager
City named a strong bench against MK Dons on Tuesday, with the likes of Mark Marshall, Alex Jones, Jordy Hiwula and Timothee Dieng all listed among the Bantams' subsitutes. After an action-packed encounter with the Dons in midweek, could Bantams boss Stuart McCall be tempted to freshen things up slightly for the visit of Peterborough?

5. Third time lucky for City?
Peterborough will head to the Northern Commercials Stadium having collected two wins and two clean sheets from their last two trips to BD8. Can McCall's men end this run and grab a goal (and hopefully a win) from Saturday's match with The Posh?
