'CITY GIRLS' PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION TO BE SHOWN IN NATIONAL SCIENCE AND MEDIA MUSEUM

15 November 2017

A temporary photography exhibition celebrating some of Bradford City's female supporters is to be shown at the National Science and Media Museum from this week.

The exhibition, entitled 'City Girls', will be available to view for FREE from Thursday (16 November) until June next year on Level 2, Gallery Two of the museum based in the city centre of Bradford.

Taken by local photographer, Nudrat Afza, the photographs capture all the highs and lows of a match-day at Bradford City Football Club.

Over the past two years, Nudrat has photographed hundreds of female fans, capturing evocative portraits and atmospheric crowd scenes which offer a glimpse of real lives enriched by football.

City Girls is a celebration of the passion, commitment and camaraderie of these women and their team.

The museum is open daily from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
