Stuart McCall's Bantams will face a fellow Sky Bet League One side in the form of either Oldham Athletic or Fleetwood Town in Round Two of this season's Checkatrade Trophy.

City have qualified for the knock-out stages of the Checkatrade Trophy but they aren't quite certain yet of whether they will finish first or second in Northern Group F.

Should McCall's men maintain their current top spot, then they will entertain Oldham at the Northern Commercials Stadium in the second round.

If the Bantams move down to second place, however, they will be scheduled to face a trip away to Fleetwood instead at the same stage of the competition.

The final game left in City's Northern Group F takes place towards the end of this month when Chesterfield host Manchester City U21s at the Proact Stadium.

Chesterfield will finish as group winners if they defeat Man City by a certain scoreline, knocking City down to second place in the process.
