AWAY FANS' GUIDE | STADIUM MK

4 October 2017

Stuart McCall's Bantams travel to Milton Keynes Dons this Saturday (7 October 2017) for their latest Sky Bet League One fixture.

Ahead of the game at Stadium MK, we take a look at some of the relevant information for those supporters making the journey to Milton Keynes...

Stadium address

Stadium MK
Stadium Way
Milton Keynes
MK1 1ST

Away section
City supporters will be allocated the upper tier section of the stadium by the north east corner. The open concourses at Stadium MK mean supporters can still gain a view of the action while queuing up for something to eat or drink. Supporters are also reminded that Stadium MK operate automatic turnstiles with barcode readers.

Directions
Leave the M1 at Junction 14 and head towards Milton Keynes. Go straight over the first two roundabouts before turning left onto the V11 Tongwell Street. Proceed across one roundabout and at the next turn right onto the H8 Standing Way (A421). Continue alone the Standing Way, going across a number of roundabouts on the way, before reaching the Bleak Hall Roundabout. At this particular roundabout, turn left into the V6 Grafton Street. At the next roundabout, turn right and the stadium entrance is further down on the left.

Tickets
Match ticket details for this Saturday, including FREE entry for active members of the armed forces, can be found HERE.

Parking
There is limited parking available at the stadium for £7.00 per car. There is also a park and walk option available for £5.00. Both can be booked via MK Dons (HERE). For those interested, pre booking a parking spot is highly recommended. There is match day parking for blue badge holders at Stadium MK. These spaces are also limited and must be pre booked by emailing customer.services@mkdons.com. MK Dons cannot guarantee on-site parking for blue badge holders if they do not book in advance. There is, however, designated drop off and pick up points by the stadium. Supporters are asked NOT to park in the parking areas of the nearby retail and trade outlets, or in areas signed as privately owned (such as Granby Trade Park).

Train
The nearest train station to Stadium MK is Fenny Stratford which is just over a mile away from the stadium. Another option is Bletchley Railway Station which is around two miles from Stadium MK. The most common train station for use, though, is Milton Keynes Central. The particular station is over four miles away from the ground but there is a taxi rank available outside, with journeys to Stadium MK costing around £10.00.

Taxis
The main licensed minicab companies in Milton Keynes are:
Eezy: 01908 218218
Raffles: 01908 222222
Skyline: 01908 222111

Bus
There is the Arriva Service No 1 that runs past Milton Keynes Central train station at five minutes past and thirty-five minutes past the hour.

Food & Drink
There is a ASDA supermarket located next to Stadium MK. There is also a KFC and McDonalds outlet situated within walking distance of the ground. Fans attending Saturday's game might be interested in visiting the MK1 Shopping & Leisure Park as well. This retail area includes a TGI Fridays, Pizza Express, Nando's, Frankie & Bennys and Bella Italia. Unfortunately, though, there isn't really any options in terms of drinking establishments for away fans around the ground. Fans looking for somewhere to get a drink are likely to have better luck next one of three local railway stations, or in one of the bars near to the main shopping centre (although many do not accept fans wearing colours).
