AWAY FANS' GUIDE - OXFORD UNITED

11 September 2017

Stuart McCall's Bantams travel to Grenoble Road to play Oxford United in Sky Bet League One this Tuesday (12 September 2017).

For those travelling to the Kassam Stadium, please take a look at our handy guide for match-day at Oxford United.

Address:

Oxford United FC
Kassam Stadium
Grenoble Road
Oxford
OX4 4XP

Directions:
The Kassam Stadium is quite well signposted from the main routes into Oxford, with brown football signs pointing the way to the ground. The stadium can be found in between the Oxford Science Park & Blackbird Leys Estate. From the A423 Ring Road, take the A4074 towards Reading. After the roundabout (with the Sainsbury's supermarket on one corner), take the left turning sign posted Cowley/Wallington/Oxford Science Park. Keep on this road and you will eventually come to the ground on your left.

Away Section:
Visiting fans are located at the west (open) end of the North Stand. The North Stand is located down by one side of the pitch - the stand opposite to where the dug-outs. City's section of the North Stand is located directly next to the goal without a stand behind it. The away fans' ticket office is by the west turnstiles in the North Stand.

Parking:
There are 2,000 free car-parking spaces at the stadium available on a first-come basis, including dedicated disabled bays adjacent to the away ticket office. Should the main car park reach capacity, however, there is generally still space in the overflow parking at the back of the Vue Cinema just past the club shop. There is some road parking near the ground with spaces between the stadium and the Watlington Road roundabout. All supporters attending games are asked to respect the Residents Only schemes that operate in the nearby streets and not to park on the double yellow lines on approach roads.

The Royal British Legion at Littlemore (Littlemore, Oxford, OX4 4LZ) is available for matchday parking.

Disabled Supporters
There are specific marked bays for disabled supporters near to each stand. Call Oxford United on 01865 337533 for further details.

Rail:
Oxford Train Station is roughly four miles away from the Kassam Stadium. Taxis are on hand to pick up outside the station, however, with the journey to the ground expected to be around 15 minutes.

Food & Drink:
There are no pubs in close vicinity of the stadium itself. There is a leisure park called 'Ozone' situated right next door to the stadium though, which has a Hollywood Bowl that serves food and drink. The Ozone Leisure Park also includes a Frankie & Benny's, a Fish & Chip shop called Ozone Plaice and a Chinese restaurant called Oxy Oriental.
