The funeral of Dr Vince Cavaliere will take place at 10.30am on Tuesday August 14 and will be held at St John the Baptist Church in Adel, Leeds.
Dr Cavaliere, who served the club for more than 25 years, sadly passed away last month - aged 58.
To honour Vince's memory, a minute's applause will be held prior to kick-off ahead of the Bantams' home opener against Barnsley.
Our deepest condolances are with the Cavaliere family at this difficult time.
Vince's family and friends will be in attendance on Saturday, as the club pays its respects to Dr Cavaliere.
