The Bantams will begin their 2018/19 Sky Bet League One campaign with an away fixture against Shrewsbury Town on Saturday 4th August.
The season will conclude on Saturday 4th May when the Bantams face A.F.C. Wimbledon at The Northern Commercials Stadium.
City have two Yorkshire derbies to look forward to in the upcoming season in Barnsley and Doncaster Rovers. The club will come up against Barnsley and their newly appointed manager Daniel Stendel firstly on Saturday 11th August at The Northern Commercials Stadium with the reverse fixture being held on Saturday 12th January.
Over the festive period, the Bantams will visit the Stadium of Light on Boxing day to face Sunderland, quickly followed up by a trip to Rochdale on Saturday 29th December.
The club will also face recently relegated Sunderland for the first time in a competitive fixture since the memorable 2-0 win in the 5th round of the FA cup. The home fixture will take place on the Saturday 6th October with the reverse game being held on Boxing Day.
The longest away day for city this year will see them travel around 330 miles to visit Plymouth Argyle at Home Park on Saturday 8th December, a journey which is anticipated to take over 5 hours.
The final home game of the 2018/19 season at The Northern Commercials stadium will be against A.F.C. Wimbledon on Saturday 4th May.
