Exciting young winger Jordan Gibson has committed his future to the football club by penning a new two-year deal at the Northern Commercials Stadium.
Gibson's original one-year contract was due to expire this summer, but his fresh deal with the Bantams will keep him in City colours until the end of the 2019/2020 campaign.
After originally joining the club towards the start of last season, Gibson featured nine times for the Bantams during the course of the campaign.
Five of those appearances came in Sky Bet League One, with the 20 year-old making his full league debut for City in their final day encounter at Scunthorpe United earlier this month.
Speaking after putting pen to paper on his new deal, Gibson said: "I feel this is an exciting time for me and the club.
"The opportunity this club can give to younger players in terms of first team football is one of the main reasons why I wanted to stay.
"You saw Tyrell (Robinson) and Omari (Patrick) playing a lot of games last season. My aim has to be to do similar next season.
"I'm looking forward to next season already, hopefully I can improve myself and develop as a player.
"This two-year deal gives me confidence and I'll be aiming to kick on now."
