City raise the curtain on their 2019/20 pre-season campaign at Guiseley this afternoon - and we have compiled a helpful away day guide ahead of the 3.00pm friendly.

Nethermoor Park
Otley Road
LS20 8BT

Nethermoor Park has been the Lions’ home since their establishment and has a capacity of 4,000 spectators.

This came after a £250,000 redevelopment in 2016, to comply with grading requirements following their promotion to the National League.

The all-seater main stand houses 500 people with sheltered standing terraces covering the remaining three corners of the ground.

Opposite the main stand are the ticket office, clubhouse, club shop and 1909 Lounge, with turnstiles located in three corners of the stadium.

Adjacent to gates 3 and 4 is the spectator first aid room, as are toilets which can also be found adjacent to gates 5-8, as well as inside the clubhouse.

Supporters who have bought tickets in advance will have the option to reserve a seat. Otherwise, City fans will be admitted in the standing terraces on an unreserved basis.

City supporters will be able to pay on the gate for this weekend’s game.

Admission prices are as follows:

Adults - £10
Concessions - £5
Under-18s - £5
Under-11s - £1

Fans can also, however, order tickets online, by CLICKING HERE

A large, free public car park is located adjacent to the ground on Netherfield Road, LS20 9PD.

A footbridge adjacent to the car park is around 100 yards away from the Railway End turnstiles.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not park on Ings Crescent. This is a No Parking Zone and Ambulance Entry Point.

To eat:

The traditional Wetherby Whaler fish and chip restaurant and takeaway is located on Otley Road (A65) in the direction of Skipton.

If travelling along Otley Road, you will pass Nethermoor on the right-hand side, with the Wetherby Whaler located further along, also on the right.

To drink:

Coopers Bar and Brasserie is situated on Otley Road on the left-hand side, towards Guiseley town centre.

Serving real ale, food and wine, this establishment is listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.

Inside the ground:

Once inside Nethermoor, two refreshment blocks situated at either end of the main stand serve hot food, hot and cold drinks and sweets.

Hot food including pies, hot and cold drinks and sweets are also available in the clubhouse, alongside a fully-licensed bar and Sky Sports television.

By road:

Follow the A6110 after passing underneath the M621.

Take the first exit on the roundabout which forms the junction with the A65, following this road towards Skipton.

Continue on Otley Road for four miles and you will reach Nethermoor Park on the right-hand side.

By rail:

Nethermoor is around a five-minute walk from Guiseley station. The station is served on the Wharfedale line, with trains from Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley.

By bus:

There are two bus stops directly outside the ground.

The bus stop numbers are: 45018836 (direction towards Leeds) and 45018829 (direction towards Otley).

To find the next bus leaving the stops, use the West Yorkshire Metro yournextbus service by texting the stop number to 63876.

Conditions are expected to remain dry for tomorrow’s clash, with sunny spells throughout the day.

A pleasantly warm afternoon is in store for travelling Bantams supporters, with temperatures reaching highs of 19°C.
